Grant of Rights

Before we can install fibre in your complex we need to obtain a Grant of Rights from the Homeowners Association / Body Corporate / Landlord.

This is essentially a legal contract where you provide us with the right to install fibre into your complex.

Please note that there is no cost to you (as a resident of the complex) for the installation of the fibre.

This is simply to provide us with the permission to install it.

PLEASE NOTE:
This form needs to be completed only ONCE for each complex.
It should be completed by the designated representative of the complex.
This would usually be the Chairperson or another member of the Body Corporate / Homeowners Association (or the Landlord if owned by a single entity).

This form is NOT the actual Grant of Rights document.
It is just to obtain the details of the right person to liaise with on the Grant of Rights.
